Dust off your fishing gear, Troop 614 is going fishing! We will be camping at Laurel Hill State Park from April 26th to the 28th, 2019.
The troop will be going on an overnight backpacking trip on the Laurel Highlands Trail on Saturday April 13th.
Troop 614 will be going to Legacy Lanes for late night bowling on Friday, March 29th starting at 9pm.
Cutting fire wood into desired lengths is best done with a camp saw. Preparing kindling and tinder from the thicker wood cut by the saw, is best done with a hand ax and knife.
On Sunday, February 4th, Troop 614’s scouts and their families will celebrate Scout Sunday at Stewart Avenue Lutheran Church.
Troop 614 will be spending the weekend in the luxurious Hillcourt cabin at Camp Twin Echo.
Troop 614 will be camping at Laurel Hill State Park from Friday, Nov 17th to the 19th. Patrols are responsible for their own meals and everyone will be staying in tents.
Arrangements have been made to have someone come in to the troop to provide a group session of Youth Protection Training to all adults that need it.
Once again, Troop 614 will be participating in this year’s haunted trail at Camp Guyasuta.
Troop 614 will be traveling back to Blue Ridge Scout Reservation in the summer of 2018!
