Joining Boy Scouts

Our troop is always looking for more scouts to join us. Meetings are held most Tuesday evenings at 6:30 p.m at Stewart Avenue Lutheran Church.

We are located in the South Hills of Pittsburgh and most of our scouts live in the neighborhoods of Carrick, Mount Oliver, Overbrook, Brentwood and Baldwin.

What are the requirements for becoming a Boy Scout?

Be a boy who is 11 years old, or one who has completed the fifth grade or earned the Arrow of Light Award and is at least 10 years old, but is not yet 18 years old.

Not old enough? You can join Cub Scouts!

Cub Scouting is for boys in the first through fifth grades, or 7 to 10 years of age.
